The Conference Center at Waltham Woods provides a Complete Meeting Package for the entire day that is designed to meet all the needs of meeting attendees. This per person price includes the meeting room, continuous refreshment breaks, lunch, comprehensive audiovisual package, a dedicated conference team, and many other amenities. |

The Conference Center at Waltham Woods provides meetings by the day and half day package. These include meeting room, continuous refreshment breaks, lunch, comprehensive audiovisual, a dedicated conference team, and many other amenities. We also offer a modified package that does not include lunch. |

Can my group have a separate room for breaks and luncheon? |

The Conference Center concept is designed with continuous community break stations that allow attendees to mingle and network. The breaks also allow us to provide a more abundant selection of a greater variety of items with fewer interruptions. Private and upgraded luncheons can be arranged at an additional cost outside of the regular package. |

Do you have guest rooms? |

The Conference Center has a partnership with several hotels within close proximity to the Center. That partnership allows us to meet your housing needs as well as provide you with a superior meeting experience. |

When must I book in order to reserve space in the Center? |

As soon as you know you need to book space, please contact us. It's never too early. We'll do our best to accommodate last minute requests, as well. |

How do you compare yourself with local hotels? |
|
|
We are meeting specialists. Our meeting space is dedicated to the meeting experience and is designed for comfort and success. It's furnished with ergonomic chairs, solid walls, natural lighting, and individual thermostat controls in each room. The Complete Meeting Package provides unlimited continuous refreshments, including a full Continental Breakfast, luncheon buffet, and afternoon snacks including sweet, salty, and healthy snacks combined with a full array of hot and cold beverages. The package further encompasses audiovisual equipment, including an LCD projector. There are no surprises or a la carte service charges on your bill and our dedicated team works with you all day to assure success. |

What is your cancellation policy? |

Our cancellation policy is based on a sliding scale. Cancellation must be made 60 days in advance to avoid any charges |

The Conference Center at Waltham Woods is in a beautiful office park, right off route 128 in Waltham, MA. Waltham is just 10 miles from Boston. We are within the corporate headquarters of the Massachusetts Medical Society and offer plentiful free parking. We are also accessible via the MBTA (Massachusetts Bay Transportation Association) public transit system. | |
