Our IACC approved conference facilities include a variety of meeting spaces and a 180 seat amphitheater with stadium seating. The center is situated within the award winning headquarters of the Massachusetts Medical Society and managed by Sodexo Conferencing.

Meeting Planner Training

Waltham Woods Convertion Certer is hosting the 2012 Meeting Planner Training Event. We are proud to announce that Janet Sperstad, Internationally-renowned meetings industry trainer, will facilitate the event. The Thursday, February 16th and Friday, February 17th will be a content-packed meetings industry information event, so register online soon.
